Black Jills Group is a Black women-owned infrastructure group, founded in 2007 and built across six provinces. We are 100% Black women owned and a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor. That is not our compliance status. It is who we are.

There is no fronting, no token structure, no gap between the certificate and the boardroom. Level 1 B-BBEE is the strongest contributor status the code allows, and we hold it because of how the company is actually built.
For a client under pressure to transform their supply chain and unwilling to compromise on delivery, that combination is rare, and it is the point. You do not have to choose between the credential and the capability. We are both.
